You can withdraw from your account anytime, provided you have sufficient funds, aren’t bound by bonus wagering requirements and have no outstanding verification requests.

To make a withdrawal, navigate via My Account > Withdraw and enter the amount you wish to take from your balance.

To request a bank transfer (EFT) for your preferred withdrawal amount, please ensure you provide the following details:

• Withdrawal amount
• Name of the bank
• Account holder’s name
• Account number
• Branch code

The table below shows exactly how much you can withdraw as a minimum and a maximum in one transaction. It also shows the expected timescales.

Please allow extra time during a bank holiday period as banks only process payments on working days.

We don't offer a cancel withdrawal facility, so withdrawals can't be cancelled.

To view your withdrawal history, navigate to My Account > History > Transaction history. 

Each withdrawal will have 'Pending' or 'Confirmed' next to it, both are explained below:

 

Pending	Confirmed
When you request a withdrawal, the funds will leave your account balance and the transaction will show as 'Pending'. From there it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be processed.	Once the money has been sent, the transaction shows as Confirmed. Please see the table above for transfer timescales.

We aim to process all withdrawals internally within 24 hours of your request.

Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on your payment provider.
