I'm unable to register a payment To fully register a payment method, a successful deposit must be completed. The card or payment details will only be stored against your account after the deposit goes through successfully.If you're having trouble registering a payment method, it could be due to one of the following reasons: Your card is not RSA-issued Virgin Bet only accepts debit cards issued in RSA. Duplicate Payment Method The payment method may already be registered on another Virgin Bet account. For security reasons, and to align with our Duplicate Account policy, the same card cannot be registered to multiple accounts. Failed Deposit Attempt A deposit must be successful to register the method. Some reasons deposits may fail include: Bank decline Insufficient funds Use of a third-party payment method (a payment method not in your name) Unsupported Payment Method We do not accept: Credit cards Prepaid cards Payment methods issued by overseas banks Payment Method Limit Reached You can store a maximum of five active payment methods. If you've reached this limit, please contact our Support team to help remove unused or expired methods.
