Will the NRGP close accounts I already have, or just new ones? If you register for self-exclusion through the National Responsible Gambling Programme (NRGP), any accounts you list in your application will be excluded from gambling activity for a minimum of six months. Operators are required to block access to these accounts during the exclusion period. It is the responsibility of the player who requested to be excluded from participating in gambling to ensure that he or she complies with the terms of the self-exclusion. However, new accounts created after registration are not automatically excluded unless: you notify the NRGP or the relevant operator about them, or the operator identifies them through matching personal details (e.g., name, ID number, email, or payment method). If you need any further assistance, please see our contact details here.
